Mental Health Accredited Fee Earner – Cardiff

We are looking to expand our Mental Health Department in Cardiff, candidates must be a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and will be expected to manager their own diverse caseload, undertaking all aspect of advocacy before the Tribunal / Hospital Managers across South Wales and Bristol.

Supervisor status would be advantageous, as would existing client base, but other applications will be considered. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Family Law Solicitor – Cardiff – Maternity Cover

We are looking for a Solicitor to join our Family Department in Cardiff.

The role will initially be to cover maternity leave but there is the opportunity for it to lead to a permanent position.

It would be advantageous for the successful candidate to be an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel however this is not essential. The role will mainly involve children public law work but there may be aspects of private law work and divorce. Good advocacy skills and experience are essential.
