Eastbourne Solicitors Legal Walk
On 21st September our Eastbourne Solicitors and Office Team be walking in support of Eastbourne Citizens advice.
With the rise in the cost of living and the prolonged impact that COVID has had on the country, public services like the Citizens Advice Bureau are struggling. Citizens Advice is a national charity and network of local charities that offer confidential advice to people whoever they are and whatever their problem. They give independent, impartial advice to millions of people in person, online, and over the phone for free each year.
Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic there has been a dramatic increase in debt, homelessness, benefits and unemployment. Charities like the Citizens Advice Bureau are seeing an increase in requests for support, providing advice to people experiencing the most difficult of situations.
Reeds Solicitors is taking part in the Eastbourne Legal Walk to raise money in support of Citizens Advice Eastbourne. It is a 10km jaunt taking place on 21st September 2022.
The Eastbourne Solicitors Firm’s Team will be represented by Julie Fotherby, Rebecca Eleady-Cole, Emma Macdonald, Loretta Bentley, Fiona Miller, Tasha Goodwin, Christos Christou, Jayne Warner and Paul Summerbell. They will be putting 100% effort in to raise funds and get around the 10k walk which will include sights over the South Downs, past Beachy Head and finishing on Eastbourne promenade.
