Crown Court
Macy Brooks is a Caseworker in our Crown Court department, based in our Leighton Buzzard Office. Macy deals with a range of criminal offences, from minor to serious offences in and around Buckinghamshire. She assists with the preparation of cases and is the point of contact between the client and counsel. Macy meets with clients, attends conferences and takes instructions as well as completing all Court and case admin. She ensures the efficient management of cases as they progress through the Court system.
Prior to joining Reeds, Macy Brooks completed a degree in Criminology and also completed volunteer training with Learning Together at HMP Whatton. A programme which brings people in prison and university together to learn at higher education level, learning through discussions, shared experiences and knowledge.
Macy prides herself on being a good listener and a caring person. Macy ensures she is organised, reliable and hard-working, she is committed to providing excellent levels of care to her clients. She is motivated to develop and engages in her work in a professional manner with a positive disposition.
