Kashmeera Nadkarni is a Paralegal, working in our Court of Protection and Mental Health team, based in our Reading office. Kashmeera assists with Alice Jackson’s work primarily attending meetings, taking minutes, taking instructions from clients, preparing S21A Challenges for submission, drafting orders, letters and witness statements as well as working towards a mental health accreditation where Kashmeera will be able to represent those detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. Kashmeera also has experience in admin tasks and perusing disclosure.

Prior to joining Reeds, Kashmeera worked as a legal assistant at Albin and Co Solicitors where they assisted Alice Jackson with her daily tasks as well as attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing S21A applications for submission, preparing legal aid applications, drafting letters, orders, and witness statements. Kashmeera also assisted with administrative tasks and liaising with parties, the court and costs draftsman and aiding in the billing of files.

Kashmeera Nadkarni is very organised and proactive and assists Alice Jackson with the utmost care in her cases. Kashmeera takes great care in providing a high standard of work for clients.
