Karen is the manager of our Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare offices and branch of chambers. An experienced and accomplished manager, Karen joins Reeds bringing with her fifteen years of experience in combined general management, customer service and HR roles. Karen is an accredited trainer with a background in finance and management.
Here at Reeds, she is responsible for the day to day running of the Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, and Keynsham offices in terms of personnel management; including inductions and appraisals, facilities management for both offices, reporting and performance and health and safety under the supervision of our Practice Manager. She works in conjunction with our team leaders in the supervision of their teams, and directly supervises our administrative team. Karen is also the first point of contact for our clients managing the reception area.
Karen is resilient, energetic, adaptable and well organised with outstanding leadership and team building skills and as such is an asset to the various teams she works with. She has in her previous career, managed multiple projects and programmes, proactively engaging with key stakeholders and influencing them and she actively thrives on managing a busy working environment, where deadlines and targets are a constant focus.
She has a wide spectrum of skills and abilities and is passionate about helping our staff work together to progress and grow, truly wishing to bring out the best in them.
