Court of Protection Solicitors
Jarrad Williams is a Trainee Solicitor, working in the Court of Protection team, based in our Cardiff Office. Jarrad assists the Court of Protection team by bringing cases to the Court of Protection on behalf of individuals, by their Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR), in order to challenge an individual’s deprivation of liberty under s21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Jarrad has a degree in Law and studied the Legal Practice Course part time at the University of South Wales, graduating in 2022 with a distinction.
Whilst studying, Jarrad worked as a paralegal in several different organisations, including the University of South Wales legal advice clinic, where he gained experience in client interviewing, legal research and drafting advice.
