Court of Protection Solicitors
Emily is a Paralegal, in our Court of Protection department, based in our Cardiff office. Emily is currently working on Court of Protection proceedings, with tasks including case preparation, drafting and attending court.
Prior to joining Reeds, Emily worked as a Personal Injury Claims Handler and has worked part time as a Care Professional during her time as an LPC student. She also volunteered at the Swansea Law Clinic where she shadowed solicitors and gained experience in drafting and legal research.
With Emily’s experience as a Carer, she has excellent understanding of vulnerable clients and their needs.
