Elle Gredzena is a Paralegal, working in our family team, based in our Eastbourne office. Elle is currently assisting on care proceedings, with tasks including case preparation, assisting with drafting statements, attending court and contacting clients.
Prior to joining Reeds, Elle worked as a Civil Litigation Executive at Stephen Rimmer LLP where she worked on Civil Matters specifying in landlord and tenant disputes. During her time there, Elle undertook a number of tasks including case preparations, assisting other fee earners where needed and taking instructions from clients. Elle has also held volunteering position as a family law clinic volunteer where her tasks included interviewing clients as well as issuing them an advice letter after the meeting had occurred.
Customer service and client care is a large part of what Elle likes to succeed in, she understands that when clients come to us it is while going through what can be one of the most difficult times in their lives. Therefore, being understanding and respectful while offering tailored advice is important. Elle Gredzena is also highly organised and proactive, ensuring that her cases are always handled with care.

- Current LPC student at University of Law (due to complete in August 2023)
