Our autistic son was charged by CPS of stalking without fear/alarm/distress (recordable). This came as a shock to us, and we did not know where to turn for help. Looking for legal help from solicitors who are aware of autism spectrum disorder was daunting. Our case was taken up by Mr Nathan Seymour-Hyde, who has a reputation for writing excellent ‘letters of representation’. Nathan’s calm demeanour and patient listening helped our son feel at ease with him. He explained to our son what would be expected if the CPS were to go ahead with the trial. At the trial, Nathan’s defence was based on meticulous examination of the evidence presented by the CPS and its ambiguous nature which could be confusing to a neurodivergent person. Highly reccomend Reeds solicitor after having a 1 hour phone consultation with Nathan Seymour-Hyde I knew this was the company i was going to use his knowledge and advise he gave me was outstanding and I knew I stood my best chance with him.I was wrongly accused of breaking a Byelaw by TFL after lots of emails and phone conversations with TFL they wouldn't drop the charges and they wanted me to plead guilty to an offence I didnt commit. IPP termination Firstly I want to thank Lucy and Harriet for there excellent work to help not only get me off this nightmare of a sentence, but also getting me re released on recalls. Lucy has helped me be re released twice and never gave up on me and Harriet had to write a report on such short notice ( probation not doing there job ) as I had hit the 10 year mark. Against the backing of probation, Harriet nailed the report and my licence was terminated. Together they made sure an IPP prisoner was not lost. Thank you so so much, from the bottom of my heart.
