Siobhan Murray is a valued solicitor with the family team based in our Milton Keynes office. Siobhan has a background in all areas of family law and now specialises as a childcare lawyer who deals with cases predominantly involving children. Siobhan acts for parties in care proceedings and where there are disputes between separated parents about with whom their children should live and spend time with. Siobhan has experience in dealing with cases where children have suffered injury, physical and sexual harm, neglect and domestic abuse. She also advises foster carers, special guardians, stepparents and adopters on issues that arise with children in their care.
