Mark is a Solicitor and Team Leader in our busy Magistrates Court team in Swindon and Melksham.  Mark is a highly experienced duty solicitor having worked exclusively within the field of criminal defence for over 15 years.  As such, has the knowledge and skills to deal with all cases at the Police Station and in the Magistrates Court, ranging from simple motoring offences to serious sexual and violent offences; and offences under the Computer Misuse Act, in which he has a particular specialism.

He is completely committed to obtaining the best possible results for his clients, and is able to achieve this in part, through his reputation for giving them honest, straightforward advice in terms they can understand; making their options clear, and carefully explaining the law. It is no wonder that Mark has seen huge success in developing and maintaining a strong following of clients in Swindon and outside.
