Arrangements for Children
Malini Domah is a family Solicitor based in our Lewisham branch. Malini has experience in all areas of family law and represents both private clients and those who qualify for Legal Aid. Malini specialises in public law child care cases and is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Malini has been involved in many complex child care proceedings, including representing parents in cases involving child neglect, child abuse, non accidental injury, representing parents, grandparents, family members and children’s Guardians.
Malini also undertakes cases involving Private Children Act Proceedings regarding contact, with whom the child should live with, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders. Malini also carries out work assisting victims of domestic violence to obtain protective measures having worked for a domestic violence charity/law firm in the past.
