Lillie is the firm’s Human Resources (HR) Manager, and although she is based at our office in Oxford, she oversees the HR function at Reeds Solicitors. She provides advice and assistance to employees and managers of all levels, and to members of Chambers. Since joining Reeds in 2015, Lillie’s varied role has seen her dealing with a whole range of activities within the firm, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, supporting mergers, and payroll. She has led and worked on a number of improvement projects, specifically our trainee recruitment process and the development of our employee handbook. Lillie is a member of our central management team and work closely with the Managing Director and Practice Manager to ensure Reeds meet their contractual requirement, comply with the terms of our Lexcel accreditation and that Reeds values are implemented throughout every aspect of the Company.
Having worked within the HR field for over 5 years now, Lillie has already achieved a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
