Hita is a solicitor in the Magistrates Court team, based at our office in Basingstoke. Hita began her career by qualifying as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) following a degree in social sciences. She then went on to head up the Crown Court department of a busy firm of solicitors in Luton, before qualifying as a solicitor in their criminal department.
Practicing for some 20 years as a solicitor has inevitably lead Hita to deal with a very wide and extensive range of criminal cases, to include simple speeding matters to grave and serious allegations of complex fraud and murder, and serious sexual offences; for both legal aid and privately funded clients. She has a wealth of experience as an accredited police station representative and duty solicitor, providing expert advice and assistance to her clients at both Court and the Police Station, not only in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, but across the country.
Hita is particularly knowledgeable about allegations of benefit fraud having had many years of experience as a specialist in that area. She has a reputation as a conscientious and dedicated solicitor who will fight tooth and nail to get the right result for her clients. Hita is approachable and empathetic in her manner, which helps puts clients and their families at ease, and helps builds a good rapport with clients of all ages and from a wide variety of backgrounds. It is the combination of her years of experience, and her calming manner which has resulted in Hita developing a loyal client base of clients, and frequent recommendations.
Hita is fluent at conversing with clients in Gujarti.
