Helen Hill is the manager of our Cardiff office, and has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office under the supervision of our Practice Manager.
In addition to her role as office manager, Helen is also a paralegal in the crime team. Having amassed over 20 years’ experience working exclusively in the field of criminal defence in a large and busy firm in South Wales, Helen has in the course of her career dealt with all aspects of casework with a particular focus on private clients and serious crime; utilising her exceptional communication with clients and other agencies in the Criminal Justice System, to assist the team of solicitors in providing a high quality service to our clients.
Her experience and responsibilities routinely see her liaising with clients, facilitating the instruction of expert witnesses and dealing with barristers and Queens Counsel on a daily basis. Helen is also responsible for helping new clients, overseeing the allocation of cases to our team of solicitors and ensuring that all hearings and appointments are dealt with by a member of our experienced crime team.
