Hayley is a solicitor in the family law team, based at our office in Eastbourne. Hayley started her career as a paralegal with Warrens Law, before ultimately accepting, and successfully completing her professional training to become a solicitor with them. As a fully qualified solicitor at Reeds, Hayley now accepts instructions in all matters relating to family law, but particularly in cases involving public law care proceedings, Private Children Act applications such as contact and residence; and matters relating to domestic abuse and injunctions.

Hayley is known for her ability to maintain calm in stressful situations.  She is very patient and always makes the time to go through legal papers and documents with clients so that she is satisfied that they understand what is happening with their cases, and are therefore better able to make the often difficult decisions that they are met with, as she is very able to empathise with how their cases can impact on their personal and family lives.  Hayley takes particular care with clients who have difficulties in understanding or in literacy and is in fact undertaking a Diploma in Working With Individuals with Autism to assist her in developing her understanding further, and to enable her to communicate even more effectively.  As a result of the care she takes with her cases, Hayley is able to build and maintain good relationships with her clients, regardless of their background.
