Dan is a Trainee Solicitor, currently based within the Magistrates Courts team of our busy Cardiff office.  Dan attained his law degree at the University of South Wales before going on to complete his professional training. Having already gained experience as a paralegal in Eversheds LLP and Lloyd & Rowe, Dan was able to attain his Police Station accreditation, and alongside his role in assisting our advocates with case preparation at Court, he also provides clients with advice and assistance at the Police Station in an array of criminal allegations, from common assault through to murder.

As a good communicator and someone who is easy to approach, clients benefit from Dan’s friendly and outgoing nature. His attention to detail in the preparation of cases and in considering evidence and tactics at the Police Station, enable him to remain calm and confident, and to make decisive judgements under pressure in the pursuance of providing clients with the best possible service to help them navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Notable Cases

R v S [2018] – represented a client from the Police Station through to Crown Court, who was charged with murder on a joint enterprise basis, and acquitted by jury following 3 week trial.
