Legal Executive & Police Station Representative
Areas of law:
Conrad is a Legal Executive and Police Station representative, based at our office in Cardiff. Conrad joined Reeds after years working with the The Grech Gooden Partnership and latterly Thompsons Solicitors, where he frequently represented Trade Union members and any persons affiliated to the Union that found themselves within the criminal justice system, be it at Police Stations, Court and in regulatory employment preparation.
Conrad has over 15 years’ experience in representing clients at the Police Station, and in his role at Reeds sees him as the first port of call for clients who have been arrested and are in Police Custody, or have been invited for an interview under caution voluntarily for a whole host of offences from theft to murder.
In addition to defending clients in criminal investigations, Conrad also assists the Magistrates Court and Crown Court teams in the preparation of criminal cases before the Courts. He is responsible for taking witness statements, reviewing CCTV footage surveillance and Prosecution evidence, and considering the need for medical evidence.
His years of experience in helping clients navigate their way through the criminal justice system allows Conrad’s clients to benefit from his honesty and foresight of their predicament, whatever the nature of the case against them. He truly understands how daunting a Police investigation can be, and takes great care to provide his clients with the best possible support he can, to assist them in dealing with the processes and procedures with the best chance of success.
