Areas of law:
Beth Vaughan is a Paralegal working in the Milton Keynes family law department. Beth deals with public and private law cases, which mainly involve care proceedings. She also processes many court orders, diarises hearings, speaks to clients and the ‘behind scenes’ of advocacy.
Beth recently completed a graduate diploma in law at the University of Law and has prior experience in a Leeds-based family law firm dealing with care proceedings. Beth has worked in court behind Counsel, typed up hearing notes and preparing the client. Beth has a particular interest in the protection of children and how the law does or does not adequately do this.
Beth is a dedicated hard worker who will take on anything, aiming to succeed to the best of her ability. She always puts all of her effort into a case and prides herself on being a very organised worker who enjoys the challenge of taking on anything that is presented to her. Beth has a passion for client care and communication, always putting her clients first.
