High Wycombe offers the full range of family law, civil liberties, regulation & professional discipline, criminal law and prison law services.

High Wycombe is an English town northwest of London. It’s in the rolling countryside of the Chiltern Hills. Local art and furniture are exhibited at Wycombe Museum, in a centuries-old house with lush gardens. Hughenden Manor is the former residence of Benjamin Disraeli, the 19th-century prime minister. Near town, West Wycombe Park is another stately home. Hellfire Caves is an explorable man-made cave network.

High Wycombe’s most famous industry, furniture making (particularly Windsor chairs) took hold in the 19th century with furniture factories setting up across the town. The landscape around the town is a patchwork of fields dotted with lush Chiltern beechwoods which provided home and work to the bodgers of the 19th century.

A ceremony called the ‘Weighing of the Mayor’ has been carried out in the town since 1678. At the beginning and end of each year of service, the mayor is weighed in full view of the public to see whether or not he or she has gained weight, presumably at the taxpayers’ expense. The custom, which has survived to the present day, employs the same weighing apparatus used since the 19th century.
