Nicola Hutchinson is an Equity Partner, Higher Court Advocate and the Area Manager for the South West region covering Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon and Salisbury. She is tasked with the overall responsibility for the supervision and management of our teams across these areas. She is a duty solicitor who has a wealth of experience in representing clients for criminal and regulatory matters, including murder, terrorism, fraud, drug conspiracies, rape & sexual assault, various licensing matters (firearms, taxi etc.) and private prosecutions.
Nicola has a wealth of experience in advising and assisting clients at Police Station, and representing and defending clients at the Magistrates Court; and also attained her Higher Rights accreditation enabling her to conduct advocacy in the Crown Court.

Nicola was educated at an international school in Saudi Arabia and after returning to the United Kingdom completed her A-levels. Nicola read Law and Politics at Cardiff University.
